Nokaoi Baby Rentals LLC and Parties Renting Equipment
Agree to the Following Terms & Conditions
All items are subject to availability.
Items pictured may not be the same in color and brand name of the one received.
Free delivery and pickup for the Kihei-Wailea-Makena Area. There is a $60 order minimum.
All rental equipment deliveries and pick-ups are made between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
For late or early baby equipment rental delivery/returns, please contact us prior to your arrival in Maui.
All items must be returned to the bell desk/concierge desk, upon checkout on scheduled pick-up they; all crib rentals or other rented items must be clearly marked with your name.
For private homes and condominimium apartments, please make arrangement for pick-up and return with one of our agents.
We are not authorized to install car seats in your vehicle.
All Equipment is used at Renter’s own risk. Renter assumes any and all responsibility for the Equipment while in Renter’s possession, whether or not used for the benefit of Renter and those in his/her custody and control. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NOKAOI BABY RENTALS LLC, and its member, officers, shareholders, owners, operators, agents, and employees from any, and all, claims arising from Renter’s use, operation or possession of the Equipment, and whether or not such use, operation of possession of the Equipment was for the benefit of Renter and those in his/her custody and control. Renter agrees that NOKAOI BABY RENTALS LLC, its member, officers, shareholders, owners, operators, agents, and employees will not be held responsible for any damage, injury or loss, including death, arising from the use of any Equipment or the failure of the Equipment to function as intended by the manufacturer. Renter is responsible for reading the instruction manual and the quick reference guide to ensure proper use of the Equipment.
Renter shall be liable for any and all loss, theft, damage, permanent staining or destruction of rented Equipment. In the event the Equipment shall be lost or damaged while in possession of Renter, NOKAOI BABY RENTALS LLC will invoice Renter the cost of replacing or repairing the Equipment, in addition to any charges incurred for the rental of the Equipment, if not fully paid at the time of booking/scheduling. Renter agrees to return all Equipment to NOKAOI BABY RENTALS LLC in the same condition the Renter received it, failure to do so will result in a $25.00 fee for cleaning.
Renter agrees to observe all safety precautions on use of the items rented.
Renter will immediately discontinue use of equipment should it, at any time, become unsafe or in a state of disrepair. Furthermore, the renter will immediately notify NOKAOI BABY RENTALS LLC that the equipment is unsafe or in disrepair.
We do our best to have all your equipment delivered and set up prior to your arrival; however some establishments may not allow us to deliver directly to your room or rental unit. In these cases we will have your merchandise waiting for you at the concierge desk (or other specified location).
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs 48 hours prior to arrival day, there will be no charges due.
Jogger Stroller Flat Tire Policy
Jogger strollers are inspected and delivered with properly inflated tires. If a flat should occur while being rented, it is the renters responsibility to have the flat repaired. Wheels can be easily removed from strollers and taken to any of these local bike shops for repair.

Nokaoi Baby Rentals will not rent crib bumpers, based on information and suggestion by the American Academy of Pediatrics, which states that " Parents should keep pillows- including crib bumpers and other soft materials out of their baby's sleeping area, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the "Back to Sleep" campaign, which reduced Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) deaths by more than 40% between 1992 and 2000.
