A credit card number is needed at the time of reservation to hold your gear. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal. Your credit card will not be billed until the equipment is returned. Please let us know if you prefer to pay by a method other than credit card.
If Cancellation occurs prior to the delivery of items rented, there will be no charges due.
If rented Items are returned after the 1st day of the rental period, you will be charged full amount of the rental.

If you rent a car seat from us, be sure we have your flight number so we check the status of your flight. We will meet you at the airport, curbside outside baggage claim, when you arrive. Just call us as soon as you land to coordinate delivery 808-446-6729. If you have additional items rented, they will be delivered to your place of stay. (Deliveries are between 9 AM to 6 PM) . Please make sure we have been provided the correct address, unit number (if you know it) , door code, manager number etc. This information is important because we make our deliveries on our schedule and its impossible to meet all our customers when they check in. Our goal is to have all your rented items in place before you arrive.
